Frequently Asked Questions
We use various approaches depending on a person’s needs, challenges, and preferences. As no person is the same, each treatment plan is unique to them. Clinicians are trained in CBT, DBT, ACT and other evidence-based approaches. You can read more about our methods here.
Working with skilled interns individual fees are $150 and couples are $165.
Working with senior clinicians individual fees are $165 and couples are $190.
We do not offer therapy on a sliding scale. However, we have skilled interns who are supervised by a licensed clinician and provide therapy at a lower rate.

Currently, we are only able to direct bill Blue Cross. For other providers, please submit your claim directly to them after your appointment. The information you need to submit a claim can be found on your visit invoice.
