Registered Counselling Therapist, RCT-C

Understanding the complexities of human emotions is often an unpredictable journey. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, providing a non-judgmental and supportive space where individuals can build confidence, develop skills, and cultivate deeper self-awareness to navigate both internal and external challenges. Employing an approach that emphasises compassion, healing, and actionable tools, we will work to explore your inner world and the meaning you may attach to your experiences. Therapy is a powerful process of growth, and I am here to support you in healing past wounds, letting go of old patterns and moving forward.

By integrating evidence-based therapies like ACT, EMDR, CBT and Narrative Therapy to provide tailored support for concerns such as anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, attachment wounds, depression, and motivation challenges. My goal is to help you achieve lasting, positive change through compassionate, client-centered care that focuses on your individual needs.

If you’re ready to embark on a path of healing, growth, and renewal, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore your needs. Together, we can work toward achieving your mental wellness goals and creating a more fulfilling, balanced life. Reach out today to begin your journey. I look forward to working with you!

Experience: I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology. Since 2018, I’ve supported individuals across diverse settings. These settings include crisis intervention, at-risk youth programs, and corporate environments. These corporate environments focus on psychological health and productivity. I have specialised experience working with individuals healing from trauma. This work focuses on processing painful experiences and rebuilding safety. It also supports restoring self-trust and emotional stability.
