Types of Therapy

Life often becomes complex, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, confused, and stressed. However, you don’t have to face every challenge on your own.

My goal is to support you as you navigate life’s difficulties and create meaningful goals that reflect your personal values. Within a safe, non-judgmental space, you’ll receive compassionate support while learning practical skills and strategies to manage uncertainty and challenging situations with greater ease.

Drawing on a wide range of evidence-based approaches, I help clients reach their goals and strengthen emotional and mental well-being. My work is holistic and individualized, designed to enhance daily functioning and foster a sense of hope and fulfillment.

Together, we can take the next steps toward improving your overall wellness. I look forward to getting to know you and collaborating with you as you begin this journey.
