Are you finding yourself feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed, carrying more than you’re letting others see, and unsure how to move forward? You don’t have to navigate this on your own anymore. Therapy offers a safe space to slow things down, reflect, and begin to make meaningful change in your life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can begin exploring your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences openly and comfortably.
I draw on an integrative approach to therapy, using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing. These may include anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and the lasting impact of difficult or painful experiences. These challenges can feel especially heavy, particularly when you’re trying to keep up with the expectations of everyday life. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate evidence-based tools that feel practical and personalized to you. As a result, you can develop new skills and strategies. You can also strengthen your sense of self and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.
My hope is that therapy feels not only supportive, warm, and compassionate but also empowering. Together, we can build insight, strengthen your inner resources, and rebuild trust and safety within yourself. Over time, you can move closer to an authentic and fulfilling life. Throughout our work together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. Along the way, we will celebrate your progress every step of the way.
Experience: I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Acadia University. I bring a diverse background, supporting individuals across many stages of life. My experience includes outreach work with children and youth. In addition, I spent several years providing front-line support in a mental health centre for adults. As a result, these experiences have strengthened my strengths-based and empowerment approach. Today, I strive to create a therapeutic space where every individual feels seen, respected, supported, and safe.
