Struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help adults and couples break free from painful cycles, heal emotional wounds, and move toward a more fulfilling life with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care.

Life can get better, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. Therapy offers a supportive, confidential space to slow down and understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll identify patterns keeping you stuck and build the tools you need to navigate life with more confidence and calm. Clients often report feeling more hopeful after just a few sessions.

I work with individuals (18+) and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and individualised, because therapy should always reflect your unique story. You are not a “cookie-cutter” person, and your therapy shouldn’t be either.

My style blends structure with warmth. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also integrate practical skill-building, humour, and deep empathy to create a process that feels both supportive and effective.

Whether you’re healing old wounds, learning to manage daily stress, or rebuilding your relationships, therapy can help you reconnect with your values and inner strength. You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and at peace with yourself.

Let’s begin your next chapter. Reach out today to start your journey toward meaningful, lasting change.
